Step 1 – Book your free 15-minute introduction
Start with a relaxed, informal chat to tell me a little about yourself, your instrument and your current practice challenges. I’ll explain how I work and what you can expect from a full consultation.
Step 2 – 1 hour Practice Consultation (£50)
We’ll spend an hour looking at your individual practice habits, musical goals and any challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies, identify areas for improvement and create a more focused approach to your practice.
This session is completely tailored to you, your instrument and your individual needs. You’ll leave with practical ideas and strategies that you can start using straight away.
Step 3 – Your follow-up call (15 minutes - free)
Your progress doesn’t stop when the consultation ends! After you’ve had some time to put your new strategies into practice, we’ll arrange a free 15 minute follow-up call.
We’ll chat about what’s working, what you’ve found challenging and how you’re getting on. It’s an opportunity to reflect on your progress, celebrate improvements and make any adjustments to your approach.
The aim? To help you become a more confident, independent and effective musician.

Have you ever sat down to practise and not known where to start? Do you find yourself playing the same things repeatedly without feeling like you’re making progress? Or perhaps you struggle with motivation, organisation or knowing how to get the most out of your practice time?
That’s where I can help.
My Practice consultations are designed to help musicians develop a more focused, intentional and effective approach to practising. Drawing on my experience as a professional orchestral musician, teacher and founder of practice with focus, I want to help you understand how you learn, discover strategies that work for you and build a practice routine that supports your musical development.

Whether you’re a young musician finding your feet, a music student preparing for auditions, an amateur musician wanting to make better use of your practice time, or an advanced player looking to develop more effective habits, these consultations are for you.
You don’t need to be struggling to benefit. Sometimes a fresh perspective is all you need to unlock your next stage of progress.
